1. Orders & Production - All items are made-to-order - Standard production time: 5-7 business days - Custom designs require 7-14 business days 2. Custom Design Policy - Each custom piece is a unique creation - Client approves final design before production - No reproductions will be made without written consent 3. Returns & Exchanges - Returns accepted for defective items only - Must contact within 7 days of delivery - Custom designs are final sale 4. Intellectual Property - All designs are property of Demigod Graffix - Unauthorized reproduction prohibited
